  • Hinokitiol (Beta-T)
    Hinokitiol is Riversol’s signature antioxidant, derived from the Pacific red cedar. Riversol founder and award-winning dermatologist Dr. Jason Rivers was first introduced to its potential during his time teaching at UBC, and made it the foundation of Riversol formulas. Known for its antioxidant properties, hinokitiol helps improve skin clarity, brighten the look of dark spots and support a more even-looking complexion.

  • Vitamin E
    Also known as "the protector", Vitamin E it is a potent antioxidant, well documented to help reduce the look of sun damage in sensitive skin, while hydrating and replenishing the skin's moisture barrier.

  • Vitamin C
    The Riversol vitamin C (Aminopropyl Ascorbyl Phosphate) is 10x more photostable than traditional vitamin C. This means lasting antioxidant protection to reduce the look of fine lines, wrinkles, and dark spots.

What is Hinokitiol (Beta-T)?

Hinokitiol (Beta-T) is our signature antioxidant found in the Pacific red cedar. Studied for decades for its natural antibiotic, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and other natural skin-revitalizing properties, hinokitiol helps even skin tone, reduce the look of sun damage and help correct dark spots.

Is Riversol hypoallergenic?

All Riversol products are produced and tested to the highest standards of tolerance on sensitive skin. They are hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, colorant-free and cruelty free.

How do I know if I have sensitive skin?

Sensitive skin is characterized by a variety of unpleasant sensations. You may experience burning, pain, mild to severe itching, aka pruritus, or even a tickling sensation.In addition, you may occasionally experience redness or an intolerance to other products.

What are the differences between Daily Moisturizing Cream and Moisturizing Concentrate?

Daily Moisturizing Cream is our silky facial moisturizer for normal to dry and combination skin, while Moisturizing Concentrate is a richer formula created for very dry and dehydrated skin. With hyaluronic acid and sea kelp, Moisturizing Concentrate delivers an added layer of nourishment.

Both formulas provide lasting hydration, help repair the skin’s natural moisture barrier, and soften the look of fine lines with our signature hinokitiol (Beta-T) and stabilized vitamins C and E.

How much moisturizer should I use per application?

Apply a pea-sized amount on a freshly-cleansed face. Use twice a day, morning and night. For best results, pair with a targeted serum.

Is Hydrating Body Lotion gluten-free?

Hydrating Body Lotion is formulated without ingredients that contain gluten. However, because it is not manufactured in a gluten-free environment, trace amounts may be present.
