Do I have to subscribe to anything?
No. Every order on our store is a one-time transaction by default. You will not be charged any additional hidden fees after your transaction is complete.
If you desire, you can choose to have our products automatically delivered on a schedule of your choice. Many of our customers find this a convenient way to ensure they stay consistent with their routine, and there are many perks of selecting the auto-replenishment option. However, no order will be automatically replenished without your express consent.

What is Beta-Thujaplicin (Beta-T)?

Can I try Riversol products before purchasing?
Yes! We offer a 15-day Anti-Aging Sample Kit and Redness Control Sample Kit that you can try to be sure Riversol is right for you.
What does the Sample Kit include?
We have two separate sample kits to chose from based on customer needs:
An Anti-Aging kit for sensitive skin
An Anti-Redness kit for skin prone to flushing and redness.
Each kit includes 3 cleanser sachets, 3 serum sachets, and 3 moisturizer sachets. These are customized to match your skin type and concerns. Each sample kit comes with a bonus of either our Hydrating Antioxidant Mask or Exfoliating Glycolic Peel depending on availability.
How do I use my sample kit?
Your sample kit is designed to gently introduce Riversol into your daily routine, allowing your skin to adapt to the concentration of ingredients in our products without irritating sensitive skin - a small amount will go a long way!
Days 1-5:Â Once per day, use the cleanser followed by the moisturizer.
Days 6-10:Â Introduce the serum into your routine by using it after the cleanser, and before the moisturizer, once per day.
Days 11-15:Â Use cleanser, serum, and moisturizer once or twice per day.
Does Riversol do any animal testing?
Riversol products and ingredients are 100% cruelty free.
Is Riversol vegan?
Yes. All Riversol products are vegan.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Unfortunately, we are currently not able to offer debit transactions.

How long will it take for the sample to arrive?
Sample kits can take up to a week to get packaged and processed in our Vancouver facility. After that, they’re sent via Canada Post lettermail.
Have I signed up for anything else besides the sample kit?
Absolutely not. You are receiving the sample kit you ordered and nothing else. You do not have any further subscriptions or commitments with Riversol. We hope you love your sample products and if you wish to make a purchase, you can order them from our website.

When will my products ship?
Your products should ship within 24 hours after placing your order, if your order falls on a weekend, will be shipped on the following Monday.
What shipping methods are available?
For samples within Canada there is Canada Post standard letter mail or various express methods. For full sized products within Canada there is Canada Post Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost or Priority.
Does Riversol offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $69.00 (CAD) and all US orders over $69.00 (USD).
What are the shipping rates?
Shipping rates vary depending on method of shipment and will be calculated for you at the checkout.
Does Riversol ship to my country?
Yes we ship our products world-wide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
Can I track my package?
In an effort to keep the postage price of our sample kits to a minimum, we do not offer tracking for samples at this time. If your sample does not arrive within 10 business days please reach out to us at info@riversol.com. We will verify your address and send a replacement immediately.
All full products will have a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email and in your order confirmation page when your order has shipped.
I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?
Send an email with your order number to info@riversol.com and someone will be provide you with a time estimation immediately. If your order did not arrive for any reason at all (incorrect address, lost in the mail etc.) we will send you a replacement within one business day.
Is Riversol taking any COVID-19 safety measures?
Our company is taking all the precautions to ensure that shipments are being handled in a clean environment.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a money back guarantee on all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your Riversol experience, please give us a call or send us an email within 60 days of purchasing.
If 60 days have elapsed from the date of delivery of the product, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All refunds must be made on the same payment method used to make the original purchase.

How long will it take to receive a refund on my returned product?
After the refund is approved a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This can take a few days to process, depending on your method of payment.
I haven't received my refund yet, what should I do?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, please do the following:
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Who is Dr. Rivers?
Dr. Jason Rivers is a North American board-certified dermatologist from Vancouver, Canada. He is the three time recipient of the "Best Doctors in Canada Award" and has published over 130 articles on skin health and dermatology. Using his experience as a clinical professor and a program director of dermatology at the University of British Columbia Faculty of Medicine, as well as over 30 years of experience in clinical dermatology, Dr. Rivers introduced Riversol, a line of products made specifically for sensitive skin, formulated without the use of harsh irritants.
What makes Riversol different?
Each Riversol product contains an ingredient rarely used in skincare called Beta-Thujaplicin (also known as Beta-T): a natural antioxidant derived from the Red Cedar tree that safely improves skin clarity and texture. Do my points expire?
No, your points never expire on riversol.com.
Can I earn points for purchases in-store?
Unfortunately, right now you can only collect points on purchases made on riversol.com
How do I refer someone?
When viewing your points you will see a section called Referrals. You can send your friends your personal referral link where they will have immediate access to their reward. Upon their purchase, your reward will be credited to your account. Learn more about our referral program here.
