Riversol Rewards Levels
Get more perks the more you shop with us! Levels are calculated by calendar year (January-December). Reach Silver or Gold in a calendar year, and your perks will carry over to the next full year too! Any points you've already accumulated will apply to these rewards levels automatically.

All levels can redeem rewards!
1. Login into your account here and click "Redeem your Points"
2. Select a reward to redeem in the "Redeeming Points" section. Once you click "Redeem", your reward will be added to your cart. Points will only be redeemed after you finish your purchase.
Only one reward and one discount code can be applied to each order.
Rewards are only applicable online, not in stores.
You will receive an email notifying you of your new status.
To achieve Silver, you will need to spend a minimum of $200CAD on riversol.com during 1 calendar year (January 1 - December 31). If you spend over $400CAD during 1 calendar year, you will reach Gold level. You will recieve an email notifying you of any status changes. Only purchases on riversol.com count toward your total yearly spend, purchases in-stores do not apply.
You can enjoy the perks of Silver status for the rest of the calendar year and the following year. You'll need to requalify for Silver during the following year to keep this status.
For instance, if you reach Silver status during 2021, you will enjoy the perks until December 31 2022. In this case, you will need to spend a minimum of $200CAD between January 1 - December 31 2022 to keep your Silver status in 2023.
You will recieve an email notifying you of your new status.

Your Riversol Reward points never expire.
Points will not be deducted from your account until your order is complete. If you change your mind after you have completed your order, please contact our customer service.
Unfortunately, you can only use 1 reward per order.
You can combine one reward and one discount code per order.
We do not currently offer a point to dollar discount. We do, however, offer free products.
