All tiers can redeem rewards!
1. Login into your account here and click "Redeem your Points"
2. Click "Ways to Redeem" and select a reward to redeem. Once you click "Redeem", your points will be removed from your account.
3. Click "Add product to cart" and enjoy! Products are added to your cart at full price, discount applies at checkout.

Only one reward or discount code can be applied to each order.

To achieve Silver, you will need to spend a minimum of $200CAD on riversol.com during 1 calendar year (January 1 - December 31). If you spend over $400CAD during 1 calendar year, you will reach Gold tier. You will recieve an email notifying you of any status changes. Only purchases on riversol.com count toward your total yearly spend, purchases in-stores do not apply.

You can enjoy the perks of Silver status for the rest of the calendar year and the following year. You'll need to requalify for Silver during the following year to keep this status.

For instance, if you reach Silver status during 2021, you will enjoy the perks until December 31 2022. In this case, you will need to spend a minimum of $200CAD between January 1 - December 31 2022 to keep your Silver status in 2023.

Your Riversol Reward points never expire.

You will keep all your previous VIP perks (extra points per order, free shipping) for life. Your tier status will not affect these perks. In the case of conflicting tier and VIP perks, you will receive the most beneficial perk.

Your tier will be calculated based on your orders starting from January 1, 2021. If you reached VIP status in the past, your perks will still be applicable for life.

Your points balance will not change. All Riversol Gift Shop points have been converted to Riversol Rewards points.

Once you redeem a reward, a discount code is generated to be used once the product is added to your shopping cart. You can view your past rewards here by clicking on "Your rewards" in the top section.

If you do not use it with your purchase, it will not be automatically added back to your account as you can still use this discount code for up to a year. You can also refer back to your available discount codes on your account page.

We do not currently offer a point to dollar discount. We do, however, offer coupons for free products.

The Retinol Treatment is one of our most popular products. While we would love to include it in the free products, the ingredients for this product can be expensive and difficult to source, therefore we won't be able to at this time.
