Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have elapsed from the date of delivery of the product, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Requests for returns or any claims beyond this timeframe will not be accepted or considered valid.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Orders must be returned for a refund to be processed unless products have not been received.

Upon receiving the returned order, our Customer Support team will promptly review the issues reported. If the concerns are verified, we will process your refund within 24 hours. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.


We will offer full refunds and replacements only under the following circumstances:

  1. You received an incorrect product.
  2. You received a damaged product.
  3. You received an expired product.

Please notify us within 15 days of receiving your order if you encounter any of the above issues.

For customers seeking to return an order due to other reasons such as a change of mind, the return shipping cost must be covered by the customer. Additionally, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Refunds on orders with free/promotional products

If your refunded order includes a complimentary item, we will refund the full order value (including shipping charges if applicable), minus the value of the gifted item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Out of Stock Items

In the event that a product is no longer in stock, the purchase will not be shipped until all items in the order are available. While we prepare for this product to be restocked, the entire order will be held.

If there are any products you would like to be shipped out earlier, let us know immediately and we'll be glad to make accommodations.

Delivery Date Overdue

Kindly get in touch with us so that we can look into any instances when the delivery time is longer than anticipated. We will send out a replacement or compensation once the investigation is complete.

Tracking Information

Customers will receive an online tracking number from upon dispatch of full size orders to monitor the shipment's progress and stay up to speed with the most recent developments. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. We welcome cancellations at any stage before your purchase has been shipped.

Promotional Deals

Any promotions or discounts from over 7 days old will not be honored. If you have already received a promotion or free item in your order, another promotion or discount will not be honored.

Multiple promotions or discounts cannot be applied to a single order. Only one promotion or discount can be applied per order.

Sample Kits
