We batch-fulfill samples from our Vancouver lab within 3–7 business days. After that, kits travel by untracked lettermail — Canada Post in Canada (typically 7–16 business days), USPS in the United States (typically 10–19 business days, longer due to the border). Total time from order: roughly 10–23 business days in Canada, 13–26 in the US. If you haven't received your kit after 26 business days, write to info@riversol.com and we'll send another.

What's actually in the 15-day trio?

A gentle cleanser, a vitamin-rich serum, and a hydrating moisturizer — all customized for the skin type you selected. Enough product for ~15 days of twice-daily use.

Can I get a Riversol product faster than the lettermail timeline?

Yes — the Express upgrade at the top of this page ships in 3–6 business days, tracked, with a bonus Glycolic Peel and a deluxe sample (Eye Repair for anti-aging, Redness Calming Mask for rosacea) for $19 CAD all-in (taxes on top). What if my skin reacts to the sample?

Discontinue use and email info@riversol.com with a short description of the reaction. Riversol formulations are hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, and colorant-free, but every skin is different — we'll help you figure out the next step.

Where can I track my order?

Lettermail isn't tracked at the parcel level — there's no tracking number to share. But your order itself, including what's included and when it was confirmed, is always at your order details page.
